12-month warranty
Every watch we sell comes with our own 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This is a warranty from Second Hand Rolex UK, not from the manufacturer.
What is covered
- The movement and its timekeeping under normal use
- Faults in parts we have serviced or replaced
What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, knocks, water ingress after opening by others, or misuse
- Normal wear such as scratches, and straps
- Watches opened or repaired by anyone other than us or a watchmaker we approve
How to make a claim
Email sales@secondhandrolexuk.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the problem. We’ll arrange insured collection and repair or replace the watch.
