Our authenticity promise
Every watch we sell is genuine. Before any watch is listed, a specialist inspects it in detail. If we can’t be completely sure a watch is authentic and in the condition we describe, we don’t sell it.
What we check
- Serial and reference numbers, and that they match the case, papers and period of production
- The movement: calibre, finishing, parts and timekeeping
- Dial, hands, bezel and crystal, including any replaced or after-market parts
- Case and bracelet: correct parts, wear, polishing and stretch
- Water resistance, tested before listing
- Box, papers and service records, where included
Honest descriptions
Every listing tells you the year, condition, what is included and any service history we know of. Original and replaced parts are clearly stated. If you’d like more photos or a video call, just ask.
Our guarantee
If a watch you bought from us is ever shown not to be genuine, we will refund you in full. That’s how confident we are in our checks.
