14-day returns
If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the watch in the same condition you received it, with everything that came with it.
Conditions
- The watch must be unworn beyond trying it on, with protective stickers in place if supplied
- All boxes, papers, tags and extra links must be returned
- Returns must be shipped fully insured; we can arrange this for you
Refunds
Once we receive and check the watch, we refund you using the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

If something isn’t as described, email sales@secondhandrolexuk.co.uk straight away and we’ll put it right.
